Microsoft released MSN Messenger 7.0.0332 to the beta testers of BetaPlace. There are several fixes, changes and more.
Changes:
Contact list spacing is broken when contact has a long friendly name or an emoticon in his or her display name. (new)
The error message presented when a contact cannot be nudged has a typo - sent should be send. (new)
61/60 emoticon dialog error for pinned emoticons. (new)
Crying Face emoticon and Disappointed emoticon appear the same in the emoticon dropdown. (new)
When in frameless mode, if you shrink the window the Close and Minimize buttons are hidden. (new)
Clicking on the Status Change menu from the main window sometimes displays a menu where status icons overlap. (new)
Choosing Cancel when clicking on a tab which requires you to sign in to passport causes the tab selection to persist on the left of the contact list. (new)
After switching from the default background, users cannot switch back without clicking 'more' and selecting the default from the menu. (new)
Right-clicking on a custom emoticon in a conversation window and choosing 'get this emoticon' can cause Messenger to crash. (new)
